Alliance carries out BOT projects where complete system is transferred to client after installation and commissioning and operating the said plant for a pre-agreed period. Training of clients' operators too can be carried out providing on the job training, during the period Alliance operates the system.
The period Alliance operates the plant or system can vary from three months to three years as desired by client. If required, Alliance can operate the plant or system even after transferring to client through an operation & maintenance (O&M) contract.
